we started off the month with chris asking me to take some office photos for the new website we are working on for his office. we met up at the lakes neighborhood (same place we took our engagement photos) and took some shots. unfortunately i am an amateur phtog and dont really know what i'm doing and used the wrong lens for the group shots so they are weirdly out of focus... like one person is good and the rest are not. but the individual shots turned out ok. then i also took some stills of the office itself. next we need to take some "action" shots but haven't done that yet. this is fun for those of you who haven't had a chance to see the office yet. we really love it. we have plans to replace the carpet and wall color but otherwise we love it.
Daniel has been fun lately. he's learning to draw people... and i love his version of hair and eyebrows... he is also getting much better at coloring in the lines...
he is still my naked boy. but he is becoming more and more entertained with taking "selfies" and learning to make silly faces...
we like to hang out in our garage when its really nice outside. the weather this month has been beautiful!
on one of our family walks we invited our friends rosemary and shannon to join us and rosemary let daniel walk her dog. he was so excited and had the best time!!! he loves dogs..
he was so funny this day trying to take pictures of david. he was following all over trying to take a good one... haha
and hes obsessed with legos! it helps that his dad will sit and play with him for a long time. he is even coming up with his own creations and they are quite impressive.... david was impressed with himself for climbing on top of the box,.
i was putting together a new tv stand and while it was on it side daniel quickly climbed in and turned it into his boat for the rest of the afternoon... his imagination play is funny
he also thought he was hilarious for shoving this entire cupcake into his mouth in one bite.... silly boy.
my sweet baby. he likes to sit on my lap after naps for about 10 min and then will quickly crawl off my lap to the floor... but he's happy when he wakes... usually
he also has great hair! its getting so long and crazy.
emily got the brilliant idea to take photos of the 5 babies for mothers day and give them to mom. it was hilarious trying to get them all to look at us at the same time and david is the only one mobile and he was all over the place... here they are naked arranged by age from oldest to youngest and sweetly they are all touching the one next to them...
emily also bought these cute matching onsies...
i then photoshoped what i could and put together this little collage and put it in a frame to give to her.
i also took some quick shots for laura of the twins
david's awesome hair... daniels new haircut and my new color and cut...
in preparation for the summer we bought a big sandbox for daniel... we also put together a huge gazebo to cover it since there is zero shade in our backyard.... we had to move all the gravel out of the way and level off a portion to put the sandbox in....
chris was released as cub den leader for the bears but we took them on one more little adventure and went on a little nature hike... it was fun and the weather was perfect... my little baby loved walking all over...
at the end of the month we had a bbq at moms on a saturday to celebrate easter. mom hid easter eggs all over for the kids... they were color coordinated... it was really cute. i had fun doing amandas hair for the day.... it was like a dragon tail or something...

it was a really nice day.
the next day we went to church and had a nice busy sabath morning.
after church i sent chris and daniel on an egg scavenger hunt all over the house to end up at their silly baskets... i have memories of my mom doing that for us as kids and always loved it...
i loved this pretty skirt i got for easter :)
chris met greg at his office for lunch one day and they went to the building next to gregs where this guy has an indoor golfing thing... they had so much fun playing for a while.
and to top it all off... a little face swap fun!
