we love april!!!! april starts off the best way.... first with general conference... and then the week right after.... MASTERS WEEK!!!! this is chris favorite sport event of the year. it is his super bowl. as per our tradition we had a little bbq at our house with lots of awesome food some really fun friends (who also love golf) and a grass cake made by me.... the cake was only so so this year as i over cooked it but it looked awesome! we also wore all green as a family and pulled out all our memorabilia we had from going to Augusta couple years ago. chris also made up a little game where you picked winners and what not... jeff technically won but since he lives out of town and chris came in second he kept the prize for himself... a new hat and some candy.
our little guy also turned 10 months. he is such a busy baby! he's sleeping through the night and trying to climb on everything. he still can't go down the steps into our family room. but sure tries.
i swear they are full brothers.... even though they look so different... and wow that hair of daniels!!! david has long crazy hair too but it lays down very nicely!
he really has grown and changed so much!!
daniel put this head band on him one day... he would actually be a pretty cute girl...
he also had to have a little eye surgery where they barely put him under and poke open his tear duct that was clogged.... no big and was fast and healed quickly
he always smiles with his mouth wide open!!!
he also loves to tear apart my bathroom organizer.... i finally got smart and put this up on the bathtub so i wouldn't have to clean it everyday.... but it was nice that he would entertain himself while i got ready.
he loves to go for rides in the stroller... he was sit nicely as long as we are moving
this is his bead head series... seriously its hilarious.... it is all over the place and pokes out in all directions every time he wakes up
he is also getting so much better at feeding himself food... even if it makes a huge sticky mess.
we finally decided to give him a hair cut... it was out of control... i cut off like 3 inches on top...
daniel has been really fun this month. he is doing really well in school! and is learning to be a really good big brother..
daniel was upset about something one night while trying to go to sleep and chris so sweetly went in and stroked his head while singing to him. i got to watch it all on the monitor. love that man.
i was so excited to get daniels school pics back they are so cute!!! i was so impressed they got him to pose and hold still and look at the camera... and smile!!!
i love this sweet little pic of his class... fun to finally see the faces of all the kids i have been hearing about all year.
we tried to go to this tough a truck event and didnt think daniel would hate it...but the trucks were honking horns and turning on sirens and it was too much for our scared sensitive kid and we had to leave after only 3o min....
instead we went for a walk and picked up will on the way and went to the park to play for a bit
daniel is loving the sand box. he is also very inventive and creates so many funny things. he also loves the rain!

it is always a suprise to see how we will find daniel sleeping after we knows hes out... this week it was putting puppys bed in bed with him... tough to sleep with a huge box on your bed and one night he fell out...
here he was pushing david all over on the little car and both were laughing
i needed more storage in my kitchen so i took on redoing this hutch... i painted the outside grey they inside white and put wrapping paper on the back. it really brightens up the room.
i also made my favorite pinto bean bread a friend from the south taught me to make!
chris and i went on a little date out to a driving range... after we walked around town square mall and had dinner... nice night with no kids. i straightened my hair for the occasion as its chris favorite and it rarely happens.
